Did you know, exposure to the early morning sunlight will help you to sleep better?

Sleep is an extremely important factor in our life. A deep, quality sleep is a contributor our health, mental capacity, focus, our emotional health. Unfortunately, we all live a "Very busy" life, the pressure to do more, missing out, the influence of social media effecting our sleep.


I hear you! We all know what we supposed to do, we all know what's good for us but why aren't we doing it?


Good question!


Indeed, why are we allow ourselves  to give in to not feeling good, not sleeping well?

  1. Before you reach for your phone in the morning open a window/door and look at the sky.

  3. Contemplate the fact: while you are sleeping your body works very hard to prepare you for next day.
