Are you struggling with to shift stubborn areas of body fat? Have you tried diet, exercise? If you are a podcast listener you probably heard the ATP podcast talking about the effectiveness of low level laser therapy in shifting stubborn body fat.

The  application of Red light is an effective, fast, pain free and 100% safe way to help you reshape your body.  The light simply "talks" to the fat cells and cell - no harm is done to the cell membrane - will let go of its content.

So the as the fat is released into the body, the HDL [Good fat] will be used as energy, and the LDL will be disposed by the lymphatic system.

This treatment must be combined together with cardio exercise, intense walk, running or a cardio workout at the gym. It is essential to support the lymph system to dispose the unused fat circulating in the body.

  1. Warm up your body before low level laser treatment - gentle walk, hot bath/shower/massage
  2. Low level laser session is usually 30-45 minutes : Nominate 2-3 target areas
  3. Each section will be exposed to red light for 10-15 minutes
  4. During treatment the area will become comfortably warm
  5. It is recommended to treat no longer than 40 minutes at the time
  6. Cardio exercise for 20-30 is recommended straight after treatment
  7. Drink lots of water
  8. Do not eat for 2-3 hours. Eat a healthy meal
